I love working with people who are ready for change, whether that means digging into deeper issues or handling everyday challenges. I work with both kids and adults and especially enjoy supporting tweens and teens. My style is direct but always supportive. I use motivational interviewing and positive psychology to help clients see their strengths and take real steps toward their goals. Some of the core therapeutic philosophies I incorporate include a heavy focus on self-esteem, developing strong intrapersonal values, and fostering confidence in the ability to say “no”.
