I am a psychotherapist who also has a certificate as an empowerment life coach. My life coach certificate is from the Empowerment Institute, Rhinebeck, New York. I received my Master of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University's School of Social Work. The impact of trauma and discrimination in ones life experience is explored during the treatment process. I have had significant success in working with women (and men) who are living with anxiety and/or depressive symptoms.
