My goal is to provide a comfortable therapeutic space for those of all backgrounds in order for you to process your emotions, challenges, (and successes!) while promoting growth and healing. Progress is not linear, and I am here to support you wherever you find yourself along your mental health journey. Together, we can develop the skills to foster a better understanding of your own feelings and behaviors. Through compassion and humor (when appropriate), I look forward to working together towards healing. I practice with a "whole person," trauma-informed approach, considering all aspects of an individual's journey. I utilize a strengths-based approach blending elements of, MI, CBT and DBT. I specialize in therapy services to healthcare providers.
