I provide a safe, restorative place to work on establishing healthy relationships and boundaries thereby allowing you to heal from depression, anxiety, grief and loss ( no matter how long it's been), divorce and separation. If you desire, we will explore spiritual struggles and provide you an open space for holistic healing. I operate from a strengths perspective and utilize psychological and spiritual interventions including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy. I also offer Mindfulness Training focused on calm and peace.
