Whether therapy is new to you or you've tried before and felt it didn’t help, I get it. As a Christian therapist, I believe God is at the center of transformation, and I’m here to walk with you. You don’t have to figure this out alone. I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, life stressors, and emotional distress. My approach is holistic, integrating mind, body, movement, nutrition, and faith. I believe that true healing happens when we align ourselves with God’s purpose and cultivate healthy relationships.
