About

As a clinical psychologist at Everyday Parenting Psychology PLLC, I specialize in maternal and infant mental health, parenting, and neurodivergence. I earned my PhD at Columbia University, where I researched mindfulness and self-compassion in the perinatal period, after training at the Washington Center for Consciousness Studies and completing an NIH research fellowship in child development and parent-child interactions. Following a three year specialization in parent-infant psychotherapy, I enjoyed providing early intervention and consultation in a range early childhood settings before co-founding our group practice.
