I am the Founder of Fairmount Associates, LLC, a private counseling practice combining traditional psychotherapy approaches with hypnotherapy , mindfulness, & energy therapies to address issues as relationships, marriage, separation, divorce, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, substance abuse, and self esteem. When appropriate, I employ hypnosis and hypnotherapy along with energy and mindfulness therapies to overcome anxiety, fears, phobias, anger, stress; to improve focus for sport, speaking and test taking; preparing for medical procedures & treatments; deal with chronic pain & illness; smoking and weight issues; & for stress reduction & stress management.
