I am certified in alcohol and drug counseling (CADC) as well as am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois and an LPC in Colorado. I am a certified shame-informed treatment specialist (CSTS) with an emphasis on eating disorders and body disorders, trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT). I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and continue to educate myself in ways that I can be a supportive ally to the community.
