Having this belief in mind I have learned to help my client's focus on how they want their lives to be different in the future, rather than on what went wrong in the past. I focus on empowering clients to find their own solutions to life's difficulties. My clinical interventions are guided by Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive and Reality Therapy. My area of specialty is addiction, mood disorder, and relationship concerns. My interventions are guided by compassion, integrity, persistence, excellence, and respect.
