I am passionately committed to helping people who have experienced trauma, who are struggling to live their fullest, most authentic lives. If that is you, you are a survivor and have possibly been made to feel “less-than.” That might mean you are a person who has experienced interpersonal, combat, or environmental trauma or are a member of the LGBTQ+ community and has experienced the trauma of being “othered.” I will work to help you heal, build resiliency, and recognize your potential. I will help you realize you have the power within yourself to break free from the suffering and grief of trauma and oppression.
