My roots of many years in the medical field as a digestive disease and bariatric nutritionist taught me that mis-managed stress(food, drink, media ,substance, overwork) ravages our bodies and our relationships. But.... can be turned around! I have helped countless individuals and couples change problematic thoughts, destructive behavior patterns to improve relationships and health. Sharing your fears and story with someone who understands your medical health, genetics, and self-care will provide a holistic solution.
