As a middle aged adult with professional and life experience, I am well versed in supporting adult clients who are struggling with work life balance, life transitions, goal setting, depression, anxiety and/or menopause. I am known as a compassionate listener dedicated to helping clients grow to be the best version of themselves. As we age and are at different spots in our lives, our best version also changes. Talking through what that has been, as well as, what an individual wants that to be is important to me.
