I have been providing individual, couples, and group therapy for 23 years. I was originally educated at Boston University and trained to treat PTSD and other complex disorders within the Veterans Health Administration System. I continue to specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relational discord. I also assist individuals in navigating various life stressors. My role as a therapist is to help you identify your goals and assist in achieving goals through psychodynamic and/or cognitive behavioral processing, provision of supportive therapy and psychoeducation.
