I specialize in engaging with individuals who are encountering challenges secondary to life stressors, relational discord, and formalized disorders including PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Panic, OCD, and ADHD. I take a client-centered and collaborative approach to therapy. I work with clients to tailor each session to the unique needs and goals being presented. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel able to not only be themselves, but to explore the ways in which past events may currently be impacting current thoughts, feelings, and core beliefs.
