Welcome ...Please know that you do not have to be alone. My therapy style provides a thoughtful, sensitive and safe space where you will feel heard and understood. I have years of experience and training in helping individuals to access their ability to heal from the impact of personal and societal trauma be it stigma, PTSD, childhood abuse, addictions, codependency, anxiety, depression or self-esteem. I believe that all individuals have the ability and desire to heal and improve their lives...it is a natural part of gaining wisdom, stability and self-fulfillment.
