I understand it can be difficult to be vulnerable, and to work up the courage to reach out for help. It takes strength to say yourself, "I can't do this on my own," and take the leap to ask for help. I believe it is important that therapy is a collaborative process and that we work together. I view my role as a non-judgmental listener who can support and assist you in addressing the issues most important to you. I have experience working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and stress.
