I enjoy working with individuals, and couples. I specialize in trauma, complex trauma, sexual challenges, sexual diversity, relationship challenges, and anxiety. I have a special interest in working with women managing perimenopause or hormone related issues, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Although I primarily work with adults, I have years of experience working with teenagers, and welcome them to therapy, also.
