I see individuals and couples. I am comfortable treating mood and anxiety disorders, individuals with histories of trauma, and those experiencing major life transitions. I also have experience with divorce, family estrangement, the foster care system, and grief and loss. I have recently been trained to work with military members and their families. I can offer a non-judgmental supportive therapy session that will encourage self growth and acceptance. I value a therapeutic alliance that is based on trust and healthy boundaries.
