I work with adults, adolescents, and athletes ready for meaningful change. With adults, I provide a space to explore emotional difficulties, heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and break free from toxic relationships and family dynamics. I also help adolescents with self-esteem, academic stress, peer conflict, identity development, and regulating emotions, while guiding parents in strengthening communication and connection. As a former NCAA Division I athlete, I offer specialized support for current and former athletes managing performance stress, injuries, and adjusting to changes in sport and life.
