It takes an immense amount of courage for any individual to ask for help. My clients are often in a place in their life where they've exhausted options and are ready to begin to do the work they need to live a fulfilling life. They want to improve their relationships, with themselves and with others and are ready to do this with some help. They have the desire to build a toolbox of skills that will help them propel themselves forward in life in stead of remaining stuck.
