I approach therapy with passion and a deep respect for the therapeutic process. And while therapy can bring about positive changes, it can be difficult and painful at times .It requires courage and commitment to be willing to trust the process. I am humbled and grateful be a part of someones journey and healing. The clients i work with include individuals, couples, and families that are experiencing depression, PTSD, communication issues, negative self image, and low self worth. Modalities may include EMDR, CBT, Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, DBT and others as appropriate.
