Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I specialize in counseling teen girls, young adults, and women who are struggling with the impact of trauma (emotional, physical, sexual, relational, spiritual, etc) anxiety, depression, major life changes, self doubt, people-pleasing, negative thinking, boundaries, relationships, burnout, or grief & loss. I am passionate about walking alongside girls and women as they grow toward a deeper understanding of themselves, their experiences, and their relationships, helping them develop greater courage, resilience, and the confidence to live more fully into who they were made to be. I help individuals understand and navigate their emotions, set boundaries, calm their inner critic, build resilience, grow in confidence, & strengthen relationships. I have been supporting youth & families in the mental health field for 20+ years & have advanced training in trauma-focused treatment strategies, including EMDR and Brainspotting.
