Whether your life challenges are with personal, relational or professional goals you will receive from me a non-judgmental approach, high energy and enthusiasm on exploring those possible solutions. Our goal at Total Health Guidance is to provide sustainable relief and freedom to every client. I have worked in substance use/mental health settings dating back to 1999. I have provided individual, group and family therapy to those struggling with mental health and/or addiction challenges as well as their families and loved ones. I also worked as a community/in home counselor for five years. My preferred age group are adults and teenagers.
