I go on the journey with clients as they learn to cope with overwhelming feelings, become aware of their strengths, manage life challenges and develop healthier relationships with self and others. As the relationship develops in therapy, I assist clients in gaining confidence, looking at situations differently, improving their self-care and increasing healthy boundary setting. Over the past 20 years, I have assisted clients in learning skills to manage anxiety, grief, trauma, self-esteem, stress, relationships issues and to manage life transitions.
