I love working with couples, individuals and families and employ a strong attachment-based approach while also specializing in trauma-reduction therapies like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR to help address old wounds that fester into current relationships. Communication skill building with couples might be one of my most favorite things to do! That, and watching clients walk out feeling lighter, divesting themselves of their trauma stories. I also love to work within a Christian framework if so desired by the client and/or family.
