I am a highly-experienced psychotherapist working with adult and older adolescent individuals, couples, and groups. I have extensive training & certifications in treating trauma, (EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Parnell Institute Approved Consultant for A-F EMDR, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner & Training Assistant, Comprehensive Resource Model), depression/anxiety, panic disorders and grieving, amongst others. I incorporate meditation & mindfulness practices into work with my patients when desired. I also provide individual & group consultant for trauma practitioners.
