I work with individuals navigating all kinds of challenges in their lives. Together, we can address the questions that dwell at the heart of who you are and how you became that way - a process shaped by forces within you and in the world at large. I offer both treatment tailored to focus on a specific issue in your life and longer-term therapy to delve into deeper issues that impact your relationships and emotional wellbeing. I am in trained in relationally-oriented psychodynamic therapy and draw from many years of mindfulness training in my work. My practice is ultimately integrative and my approach tailored to fit your needs.
