I believe that change and healing come through relationships; our relationship with self as well as our relationships with others. It is because of this belief that I approach my work as a collaborative venture that requires large amounts of both compassion and curiosity. It is my goal to create an atmosphere where these qualities can be nurtured and to provide the individual with the support and space to reflect on old patterns of behavior and the opportunity to respond in new ways that allow for a more fully realized and authentic way of living.
