I was trained as a safety engineer in Chicago, focusing on systems or how people get their needs met. Later, I was trained as a marriage and family therapist in the Canadian Rockies. I bring a different perspective to the therapy couch due to life experience and training. I’ve been practicing for over 15 years and provide a Christ-centered approach to therapy. I use an attachment lens to develop strong emotional bonds with others. Attachment theory is simply a way of understanding our default positions in relationships t. I enjoy working with couples and families and helping couples "fall in love again". I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oklahoma and Arkansas. I have experience working with individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and children. I have special training in trauma, marriage, substance abuse, and grief. I work through a lot of sexual issues. Special training Emotinal focused therapy. EFT and EMDR or trauma therapy.
