Asking for help is often tough, especially for us as men. Who do you turn to in times of crisis or confusion? We are socialized to be independent and "do it myself." However, there are times where we all need some help. Someone to talk to that won't judge us or ridicule us. One of the most difficult things to do is to make that first phone call to someone you don't know, asking for help. You just hope to get someone trustworthy, compassionate and competent.
