I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to change, and if you're not there yet, we can work on your motivation. Whether it's an alcohol or other drug problem. or difficulties with emotions/moods, trauma, stress management, or interpersonal/relationship problems, there is almost nothing within you now that you can't change or improve if you really want to do it. I find it rewarding to work with clients who understand that change requires some work and they are willing to do that work.
