Make the most of it -- whatever your "it" is! I work with clients of all ages, couples, and families to help them get the most from life. Life experience counts and I've got it. I bring to my practice years of practical and pragmatic "life stuff;" real world, frontline experience dealing with the joys and difficulties that are part of it. I am warm, accepting, and (of course) non-judgmental with a fervent desire to create a safe space and place for you to come as you are and know you'll be held and cared for. While I work with clients of all ages, I especially enjoy a sub-specialty working with pre-teens and adolescents. I recognize this time of emerging adulthood as one that is at once filled with wonder and worry, frustrations and joy -- for both teens and their parents.
