Welcome! I'm a licensed psychologist and work with teens, college students, adults, and families. Clients and colleagues often describe me as friendly, knowledgeable, and collaborative. I help people build skills so they can suffer less and live more effectively. Life can be filled with great pain - how we navigate that pain shapes the direction of our lives. I have specialized expertise in adolescent, young adult, and family mental health. Outside of my practice I am an Attending Psychologist at Boston Children's Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School.
