Life can be challenging, and support is beneficial. I assist clients with developmental disorders and emotional difficulties, helping them manage responsibilities, moods, relationships, communication barriers and finding their own way. Having navigated my own struggles with ADHD, depression, and anxiety, I understand firsthand the challenges of living in a world that doesn't align with my unique strengths and weaknesses. As a former high school science teacher, I developed a deep passion for working with students who are hurting. I am dedicated to helping people grow and develop through life's difficulties.
