Life is a journey. I am not here to judge. I am here as a guide. I counsel individuals, couples, and teenagers in a safe, honest and "down-to-earth" manner. I work inside a comfortable private office providing traditional psychotherapy in Roseville, California. For those clients that would like a more experiential approach, I also take therapy outside with Walk and Talk Therapy. Individual clients accompany me on a two-hour hike/walk that combines movement, nature and psychotherapy.
