As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am here to work as a team to overcome barriers/obstacles. Therapy can be both challenging and rewarding. As your therapist, I will provide an empathetic ear, help find solutions, discuss underlying issues, identify unrealistic expectations placed on you or the world around you, teach coping skills and be a therapeutic ear as you build the COURAGE to face your challenges.
