My therapeutic style is eclectic, meaning I can pull from a variety of modalities for identifying and treating trauma and its effects, on both the individual, and the family unit. Building rapport is essential because we tend to do our best when we are having fun. I utilize a personal and individual approach to therapy focusing on determining “cause” behind each client’s distress. I also provide group counseling for Anger Management, Domestic Violence and victims, Parenting, Anxiety, Depression, and a group specifically for Church Pastors affected by secondary trauma.
