Welcome! I’m glad you’re taking a step toward positive change. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, from teens to seniors, helping them navigate concerns like anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and related challenges. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and a person-centered, Rogerian approach. Together, we focus on gaining new perspectives and building practical, healthy coping skills. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor.
