Hello There, I'm Jeff. Do you ever feel feel lost, down, frustrated, confused, or simply scared. Or that your life can be just simply be difficult, but could it be different? Could there be a way that you look at life where it becomes vibrant again or for the first time? The answer to these questions is all a resounding yes! Finding a way to look at life and its challenges differently is what therapy and change is really all about. For over a decade now, I have been helping others through a variety of life challenges of growth, including trauma, post-traumatic stress, depression, loss, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual crises, and anxiety as a counselor and life coach.
