If so, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you! I have 17 years experience as a therapist helping individuals and couples with a wide array of problems. My approach is based on trust, honesty, love, understanding, non-judgment of people, and respect for each individual. I strive for therapeutic effectiveness to bring about healing, growth, and integration of body, mind, emotions, and soul, as well as improved relationships. Therapeutic methods I offer include the powerful Immanuel Approach (for trauma and much more), EMDR, Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), mindfulness therapy (Christian or natural approach), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and CBT. I have a Master's degree in Counseling (Christian counseling concentration) and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science.
