I support teens and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained by anxiety, depression, or stress. Major life changes—such as graduating, entering a new career, or navigating the end of a relationship—can make it hard to know what direction to take. Using CBT and mindfulness-based approaches, I help clients understand their thoughts, strengthen self-compassion, and build effective coping tools. Together, we create meaningful goals and sustainable routines that bring more balance, clarity, and confidence into everyday life.
