In these days of uncertainty and anxiety, I provide psychotherapy and counseling in a Telehealth format. Using the internet we meet weekly for 45 minute sessions and work on issues regarding relationships, anxiety, work and coping with the stress of the pandemic. My clients and I agree that until we can meet in person, Teletherapy can be very helpful
