My goal is to support you as you build clarity, resilience, and stronger relationships. I received a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and am currently an Associate Licensed Therapist under the supervision of Jay Pesek, LPC-S. In our sessions, I create a space built on trust and practical strategies to help you move forward.
