I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 40 years of experience in mental health. I draw upon relevant research, methodology, and my experience to help clients find a clearer, more comfortable understanding of themselves. I assist clients by providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to cope with challenges, maintain wellness, and find fulfillment. I believe that our lives have meaning and purpose, that we are all interconnected, and that the well-being of every person truly matters.
