My ideal client is someone who feels stuck whether it’s in patterns of anxiety, depression, substance use, or relationship struggles; but is ready for support in making meaningful change. Many of my clients are adolescents, young adults, or adults navigating transitions, recovery, or challenges with identity and self-worth. They want a safe, nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
