I love my work as a therapist, and I would love to help you feel better. I specialize in working with individuals who feel lost, stuck, or dissatisfied with their life. Often, everything looks great on the outside, but it doesn’t feel that way on the inside. You may be feeling unhappy, unfulfilled, or have the quiet knowing that something is off, but you are unsure what it is. If your normal ways of coping are no longer helping, or if you’re navigating a major transition, such as a loss, divorce, job change, or family or life change, I would love to offer you support, clarity, insight, and tools to feel better. I primarily help clients using two research-backed therapeutic approaches: Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1 Certified) and AEDP (Level 2 Certified). Each of these modalities can help you better understand yourself, your inner landscape, and the sources of your discomfort and challenges. In addition, I also integrate somatics, depth work, and mindfulness.
