I hold a deep belief that every person has the innate capacity to heal. Sometimes we just need support (like the kind you can get in therapy) to access all that we are capable of. Together, we will identify what is working in your life, what you’d like to change, and what stories from the past are getting in the way of you fully experiencing your present. I am particularly passionate about helping people recover from the effects of trauma, whether it be from a single moment or a lifetime of harmful experiences. It is an honor to witness my clients discover more joy, balance, and connectedness to others in their lives.
