Welcome! Having chaos and turmoil in your life can impact every area of functioning. Many people who have experienced trauma feel uneasy, have sleepless nights, struggle in relationships, and often with keeping their needs met. I applaud anyone who looks for help; this is your first step. I work with all ages in navigating traumatic experiences and using strengths to have a better quality of life. I especially work with children who have experienced trauma and demonstrate struggles with attachment. From mild attachment issues to RAD, I can help address behavioral struggles and increase the quality of parent child bond.
