All kinds of things bring people into therapy. Many of my clients are struggling with some kind of relationship issue, whether it’s a stressful workplace dynamic, a conflict with a partner, friends or family, or challenges navigating the dating world. Many also feel stuck in some indescribable way – in their careers, with unhealthy habits or with feeling like they’re somehow not in the driver’s seat. I see myself as a facilitator and a guide. I’ll help you understand all the different parts of yourself, connect you to your inner voice, and learn to recognize the relationship patterns you find yourself repeating.
