We are all on a journey and we do not exist in isolation. We live in relationships with other people, and there are seasons in life that require reaching out for help. My approach to this work is to identify what has happened to you and the people in your life and how that has impacted you. I focus holistically on the whole person, utilizing strengths and support while naming the ways systems and relationships have influenced you. My background and training is in systemic and relational therapy, which means I look to explore deeply the systems, structures, and relationships that contribute to your life. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my approach is to help guide you on the path that is best for you.
